In 1998 Al Gosling realised that a massive part of youth culture had been ignored by mainstream media. From this insight he had the vision to create the EXTREME brand and the tenacity to launch The Extreme Sports Channel in over 60 countries.
Al rooted the brand in the ‘Do it Yourself’ counter culture of surf, skate, snow and punk rock from day one and to this day it continues to broadcast 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to our millions of fans.
