Channel Manager Games
Your tasks will be:
In this position, you will be responsible for the worldwide success of our casual game portals aimed at girls or boys between the ages of 8 and 15. You must have a strong drive and business sense and must constantly want to enhance the user experience and further the growth of traffic on the different websites. You must know everything about the user: characteristics, reasons for their visits, behavior on the websites, satisfaction levels, trends, etc. In order to be successful, you need to know how to find a good balance between commercial, creative, and marketing possibilities. You will report to the Portal Director and work closely with the Portal Management department in defining interesting parties for the acquisition of gaming content. Your other responsibilities in this position will include:
- Responsibility for the overall growth of the portals within the Girls or Boys channel;
- Creating and executing an action plan for achieving growth;
- Localizing offerings for the different markets;
- Working closely with Game Development, Portal Development, Online Marketing, and Affiliate Management;
- Achieving a balance between third-party games and internally-created content;
- Quality control over the whole range of portals within your channel;
- Analyzing statistics and creating a variety of reports;
- Managing and leading the Junior Channel Manager.
